you must be in CODE mode to make changes to your ladder
quickly add new rungs to the bottom of your ladder with the toolbar button
access the menu for each rung with the rung number button
add a rung comment,
move the rung up or down,
add new rungs above or below,
or delete the rung from this menu
the rung comments will display like a mouse tool tip
when hovering over the number button
